Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom tote bags, we have specific policies for customized items:

  • Custom orders with monograms or personalized designs cannot be returned unless defective
  • If there is an error in your customization due to our mistake, we will remake the item at no charge
  • Please double-check all customization details before submitting your order

Defective Items

If you receive a defective tote bag, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:

  • Replace the defective item at no additional cost
  • Cover return shipping for defective products
  • Provide a full refund if replacement is not available
